A coworker ordered a fruit tart with fresh strawberries and blueberries from Quebec, and this was the result!

This is the cake I made for a coworker who spent Canada Day weekend with her sister and family. It's a Victoria sponge with cream cheese frosting and some maple leaf decorations.
